Guys you cannot believe that after providing PayPal with all the information and the proof that the item was not delivered, they ruled in the favor of the scammer to insist that it was delivered yet even one of their agent tried the tracking number on FedEx, and it was saying invalid. They asked me to get an official communication from FedEx that shows that tracking number is invalid, still, they got it and ruled in his favor. What is going on?
