I purchased 2 cheeseboards which were never delivered. I placed a dispute request and it seemed to drag on a bit, but I was notified that it was resolved against me. It said that the seller had provided proof of delivery. I was sent an email to say my items had been shipped, with Tracking number. I did not receive any other updates or advice that my goods had been delivered, which seems to be the normal process with all mail orders these days. The result was "The case was closed in the seller's favour as the seller provided a valid proof of delivery" I don't know if I can appeal this decision. I have a right to see the proof of delivery because it is not right!!!!! What rights do I have and should I trust Paypal. This is the second time they have not helped me when the seller was in the wrong.
