Received a cheap plastic flower from China instead of a gazebo, told to return the flower so I get my refund but will cost £20.86 to return it!!!! PayPal said I must return it for my refund or they will close the case. The flower return will cost nearly all I paid for the Gazebo. Had anyone else had this from Pross? I have an email confirming what I have ordered, now Qunjxuan Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. are saying I chose the alternative a cheap plastic flower? Can anyone advise, I cannot get hold of PayPal.
