Hi there, I am trying to purchase a premium shopify theme on there marketplace. When I go to place the order, I get an error "failed to receive". I then contacted to shopify support, they responded and said to contact paypal. I have enough funds to pay for it, I am just not sure why it is not letting me purchase it with paypal. Thanks
