I placed an order with this company and receieved the item a few days ago. It was not what I receieved. I sent an email and they kept saying that the item I receieved was infact the correct item. I provided a recepit and the tracking information they gave me which states exactly what I order and yet they are still saying that the wrong item was what I order. I escalated today since I was getting no where with them. I am keeping my fingers crossed that something good will happen out of this. I saw that I am not alone with in having problems with this company. I am hoping that I do not have to call my credit card company. Did anyone else have to contact there credit comapny to help get thing solved?
