I noticed the extra option this week. We have a few business debit cards for expenses and deposit to bank account for payroll. James

No, not a business debit card. New option is "transfer to bank account using a prepaid card". Clicking on the option goes to another page require you to login (after registering). This was my original question that for example after registering, they send a reloadable MC then I can send paypal balance to prepaid card and then be charged a fee like cash advance or transfer fee from credit card to my checking account? Option shouldn't even show up on business accounts with business debit cards. Does not make sense. James

I did too. New redesigned page (the popup window) shows two option now for transferring to bank account. I thought they were one option. My bad. Thanks for verification. What is the new added option of transferring to bank account using a prepaid master card which requires signing up for? How does it work? Thanks again. James

Yes we did for years. Option is no longer available. Please show us the option if it's been moved. James

They now send you a prepaid card so they can charge where ever use at a 3% fee. Paypal just doubled their fees.

Paypal no longer allow transfer money from business account to bank account. You can request a check (in 1-2 weeks) for $1.50 or a prepaid Master Card. Does this sound okay to everyone? James

I sell subscription to my site's member area and use Paypal IPN for automatic membership setup. Recently, I am getting more and more emails after a subscription asking when they get the access codes or instruction on how to access the site. Does anyone has any recent experience with if paypal still show the subscriber the issued username and password and email them the information like they did before? Has paypal changed the page style making it harder to notice/follow the instruction? I am trying to find out just what happens when someone subscribes to my site and the way Paypal provide them with the username and password. Thank you for any feedback. James

Not clear as what happened. Why would she be happy and cancel payment? Did she changed her mind, canceled, recieved the product and changed her mind again? If she knows the payment was canceled and she hasn't paid for the product, just ask her to make another payment. If she refuses, I would call paypal and have a copy of all the correspondance you have had with her about recieving the product. Good luck

Payments are customer's choice. For subscriptons, customers have to have a paypal account and when they login to their paypal account at signup, they'll have a choice to pay with paypal balance or credit card.
