Hi Hope someone can advise me what to do with the following situation. I ordered two items from FraganceX only one was delivered because they were out of stock for one of them. They did not contact me about this. When I got the order I had to contact them about the missing item. They told me days ago that they would refund the money for missing item After not hearing anything I lodged a paypal claim. I sent several more emails to FrangranceX about the refund, They replied stating they would not refund me until I cancelled the paypal claim. I am now worried if I do this they will not give me my money back and I will then have no come back with paypal either. Unsure what I should do. Hope someone can help me with this. Thanks
