As per the pandemic and relation between USA and other couriers a lot of merchandise has been lost and received as not advertise. Paypal requires first to dispute with seller then contact them. The dispute is always vague and lost in translation and Paypal always closes the dispute without giving a reasonable doubt to we the customers. If this is a profit organization, why you do not help us to get back our money, or the correct product or do anything to be by our side. I have been talking to a lot of people who fell the same as American Express and other cards help their clients, why Paypal is ignoring our claims. Please discuss this and reply because the money is in one side. Thank you.
