I ordered a swimsuit from this company but it didn't fit. I requested an exchange for another size within 2 days of receiving my order. I received a reply from the company "I'm sorry, but we only accept returns/exchanges within 15 days." I replied with my PayPal receipt showing that it hadn't been 15 days, but received a similar reply. I kept emailing them for about a week while it was still within the 15 days and kept getting the same reply. Finally, I reached out to PayPal with a billing dispute, but my case was denied. The only explanation I was given is that it does not meet their qualifications for a dispute. Oasnova is a scam with terrible customer service and PayPal was not much help. I've seen many other customers posting what a scam this company is. PayPal should stop doing business with Oasnova.
