I've just been scalped of GBP 1400 via PayPal and from my Booking.com account. Over 10 days since I discovered and registered the fraudulent activity with both PayPal and Booking.com Paypal dismissed the claim and stated the case is closed and I am liable along with a new negative balance from the fraudster's actions. My Booking.com account is still under the fraudster's name ! I've deleted all the cards/account related to it so they cannot be draw on again. Absolutely no help or contact from either PayPal or Booking.com There seems to be no accountability.
