I filed a dispute against a company who sent me a piece of plastic rubbish,instead of the item I paid for.... I sent photographs in of what I paid for and what I received..... PayPal have said the dispute is closed and that I lost the dispute..... I paid £28.98 for a wooden foldaway PC stand , that you could use in bed etc ,they sent me a tiny plastic laptop stand that was the size of a pencil case and actually fitted through the letter box.... The advert for the PC stand is advertising something completely different to what I received .... Can anyone help me please....I want to appeal against PayPal decision as I feel I've been deliberately mis-sold this item!... I spoke to a PayPal agent last week who agreed to issue a full refund.... The today I receive an email saying they weren't going to issue with refund and dispute is closed.... HELP PLEASE
