So i have opened a refund request because my family member used my account and did a transaction without my consent. Paypal closed my case and i did not get refunded, so i contacted the seller and we came to an agreement and he was going to refund the full payment. But the problem is that on his side the case against him is still open, how long does it take for the case to close?
