If I arrange to buy something on Gumtree (its a website used in the UK which is similar to Craigslist) will I be able to get a refund if the item turns out to be not described? Example 1: If I buy a phone and I meet the seller and he says the phone has no issues and then if after I use it I found out the battery is terrible will I be able to get a refund Example 2: I arrange for a private seller to sell me a phone and I make the payment upfront yet he does not send the item. Will I be covered for a refund? Thanks
