Thank for the reply. However, I am using PayPal Payments Pro not PayFlow Pro. That said, the Vendor is still required for Payments Pro inside Magento 2, failing to enter a valid vendor returns an invalid authorization response. I have a sandbox account which I have tested by using the Express checkout option and it does properly process to the sandbox business account (I take that to mean the account is valid). That said I am unable to troubleshoot the Payments Pro account without a valid Vendor to go along with the sandbox account. If there are additional steps to getting a sandbox for PayPal Payments Pro are there any instructions available online? Thank you again.

I am attempting to troubleshoot a Magento 2 PayPal issue. I have created a Sandbox business account which is upgraded to "pro". However, Magento 2 requires that I provide a "Vendor" with the payment method set up, according to the Paypal help documentation is "Your merchant login ID created when you registered for the account." which I do not have because these are sandbox accounts setup in PayPal developer. Is there a way to locate the "vendor" after the accounts have been created?

I have setup a sandbox business account and upgraded it to pro. I am attempting to replicate an intermittent payment issue I has located in a live Magento 2 site via the sandbox. However, I am unable to locate the User and Vendor portion of the credentials for the Web Payments Pro under the sandbox account. Any information would be appreciated.
