Hi I recently received an email from Paypal services asking me to claim my money earned from my teaching company Cambly. Once I clicked on this, it asked me to verify my email which I did. Then I checked Paypal balances and there was no money and nothing under activity either. I tried to re-acccess the "claim my money" link in the email and it takes me to Paypal displaying the message "this transaction no longer exists". I am quite concerned and confused as to where my salary has disappeared to. Has anybody else experienced this? This is my first time using Paypal and I find it very stressful and frustrating so far. I cannot get hold of anyone at all through the customer service contacts.
