I have an unemployment back payment from the state of Utah that was sent out Thursday the 26th of August and was supposed to have been in my paypal account today.. there is no money showing pending or anything. Well, i called paypal and they say that they havent seen any deposits and that i need to wait till 5 pm. I feel like it should be showing that its in transition at the least.... feeling worried and hoping someone can give me an idea of how it works
