I have this issue as well. It started a few months ago. PayPal changed something in how it assembles IIF files and now there are duplicated records for every transaction. I have to open the IIF file in Notepad and manually delete the duplicate records, which is error-prone and time consuming. If anyone has a solution, please post it - thanks!
