Hi, I have the same problem. I know my email and my password, I can access my email but can't login to paypal because after entering the password it asks me to send a message to a phone number that I no longer have. How can I login without a phone number? ... View more

Same here, I do not own a cell phone. Paypal is unilaterally forcing me out, through no fault of mine. It is not the way to treat a customer (for almost 15 years if memory serves). Shame is on them. And the fact that I'm blocked out while I have pending transactions is truly irresponsible from their part.  ... View more
