I've been trying to get in contact with PayPal for months, however with no success. The problem is that I can not log in to our business account after the new regulation about PSD2. The old number that the company had is no longer in use. I am emailing from the correct email-address and also write the correct password to the european helpcenter, but only receive an automatic reply back that I have a message from them, but need to login to be able to read it. This is moment 22 since my problem is that I can not login in with the old number. I've also been trying to send them messages true my private PayPal, just tried again, and then got the information that they don't take any messages. I've been trying to call them here in Sweden, like 100 times - no one is answering. Still you can choose a lot of options when the automatic replier answers - just to find out that when you have choosed and are waiting for a personal contact - then first you get the information that they are unable to take any calls. Is seems that many people has the same problem, at least here in Sweden. People write all over the digital plattforms that they can not get in contact with Paypal and they all have different issues. The main problem looks like that they can no reach their money. For me, who has been running different business for 30 years, the way the customer service works, seems very unprofessional. So my last chance to try to resolve this problem is to ask in this community. I hope someone has an answer that will help me. Thank you and kind regards
