i had the same kind off issue and found that they use many kind off business name. They post on Facebook many super deal like Amazon returned products for different raison. They made super publicity showing an happy customer opening is box receiving from them with many different kind of products for $22. US with delivery in 48 hrs. But it taken 4 weeks to received a small box with only 1 item and it was a toy for age 3yrs + and that toy cost less then $20 US. Don't try to reach them. they change account and name every month. Big thing it they USE Canada Post back ground to let you think your products it coming with a tracking number but if you look the real website page from Canada post and compare with the one they send you for tracking you could see no one of Facebook, twitter and the contact mail doesn't wok .. just lost $45 CD.
