Thanks for your reply. I couldn't close my US account because paypal is not working in my country(Turkey) and I use paypal to make online payments a lot, closing this account would hurt my online payment capability badly. I wish non-accepted funds would be sent back automatically after a certain time. This situation creates a deadlock.
