i have been scammed but the scammer sneakily got me to send the money on goods and services first, then refunded me as it was "pending" which didn’t seem right to me the next thing they told me was to send it on Friends and Family instead so i did, and to my surprise the next thing i know they have blocked me and ran away with my money. i have no idea why but paypal closed my dispute, i am very mad as it was a significant amount of money
