@Subhangi23 They won't charge you apart from the amount to confirm your card once added, however if you don't confirm it then that should time out 30 days post adding the card and go back to your card issuer who will then process the refund. However you wouldn't be able to use the card on another paypal account until you have asked customer services if they can remove it from your closed account first.
