@Tops876 How many paypal accounts do you have? You are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you risk them both being limited. So your best bet is to close any surplus ones. As for adding your card, you need to leave at least 72 hours between removing and trying to add it again. Clear your cookies / cache, or try another browser or device.
