Hi. I’d like to report fraud. Somebody has used my school email, hacked into my bank account, and made themselves a paypal account to send themselves money from my bank account to an entirely new account. I will like to report this new account, have it deleted, and get my money back. Please I need help as soon as possible. This is a huge inconvenience. I contacted my bank but they said its nothing they can do until paypal authorizes it. I will like to speak to someone personally and not a machine. Besides my own email, I don't have any access to this account. I only know the name of the hackers and the 4 ending numbers of their telephone.
