I did not received an item purchased through Facebook from the website Mintymocha. They claim they can't locate my order number so i requested a refund but no answer. I contacted paypal and provided the emails and receipt and closed my dispute saying that the seller reported I had received the item, which I didn't. Paypal did not provide with any prove from the seller. They can't even locate my order how can they claim I received? Now, everytime I want to open or reopen, automatically closes the claims saying it has been solved when it has not. Why is Paypal letting these sellers to get away with this fake transactions?
