I ordered X99 DDR4 motherboard set from https://<Removed> (Yeemall Trade Co.Ltd) for 29.99 USD but got sunglasses instead. I open a case Case ID: PP-D-110358340 / Not as described, then the seller asked me to send back the item. They gave me the return address in Chinese, but my shipping company needs it in English. Once I request the address from the seller in English, Paypal closed my case unexpectedly instead of giving me the address in English. May I have any help regarding the issue?
