I ordered a AC for my motor home $1200.00. Shipped in two boxes, one weighs 120 lb. It arrived at the local FedEx depot here in Austell GA on Apr 25. I tried to pick it up--they said no. It was put on the truck for delivery (according to tracking) Monday, again on Tuesday when I filed a complaint, again on Wed, and Thursday, again I called and complained. I last check tracking Thursday evening--still on the truck. This morning I check FedEx tracking and it posted that it was delivered on Wednesday. I never received either package. Fed Ex has closed the claim ---I can not get anyone at FedEx to talk to me. The FedEx door is closed to me. I've gone to PayPal, EBay and my credit card company, filed claims. What would you now do?
