In my account the transaction show that refunds were completed and withdrawal made out of my bank account. The balance of the PayPal account is .00. It seems that it should be $500, since the refund was completed and the funds were transferred from the bank. How can anyone determine what is happening if you can't speak with anyone and all the automated help is not set up for your situation. Really frustrating not to mention the loss of funds for this period of time.
