Hello, Not sure who see's this but I've looked for a way to try to talk to PayPal but can only find a useless automated assistant. I've purchased and item that is faulty through eBay. Contacted the seller who said they would ship a new one but didn't put tracking on it (that would cost them extra). The second item never turned up. I created a dispute through PayPal and the seller said they would only refund if I shipped the faulty item back to me but I had to pay for postage and tracking. I thought this was not fair.. why should I be out of pocket for something I'm not responsible for. I escalated the dispute and now PayPal has taken the side of the seller and said that I need to pay for return shipping with tracking before I get my refund. So.. is this normal. Does the famous PayPal Buyer protection stand for nothing.... And... is there a way to contact PayPal. On my dispute, I only have the option to add sipping / tracking details or to close the dispute. I can't dispute the dispute. This process seems a bit automated too.
