Hi, so earlier today I was asked by someone claiming to be a "psychic" if i wanted a reading and I was all for it, so when they said that donations were optional i wanted to be nice and donate 10 dollars. however, they proceeded to ask me to pay under friends and family because if not the money would be put on hold so i was like okay.. and like an idiot i payed. Immediately after they asked for a screenshot of the payment confirmation and said they would be back with my reading and never responded and now I want a refund but can't get one because it was under friends and family so what do i do now?
