Has anyone ordered from BakeryBetty before on Etsy? She sells Clemantis. I ordered a few plants as a gift for a housewarming party. I figured I would of got it fast enough two weeks went by without getting the items, I messaged her about a refund since they didn't make it in time for what I needed them for (I order tropicals often, so I figured this would go as smooth and fast as those experiences) She had herself marked as away on etsy, and never responded on ETSY about me asking to cancel the order. I then escalated it to paypal, to get a refund since she didn't ship it yet. She never responded yet again. Then out of the blue she ships the item LITERALLY a month later (Seriously?) in the middle of a paypal dispute to get money back after waiting a full month before it even shipped, and I just wanted the order canceled. So me being nice I canceled the dispute since she shipped it, even though at this point I didn't want, nor need the product anymore since she was slower than a slug. Today when the package came and how can she make this experience **bleep**tier you may ask? She shorted me a plant and I never got credit back, no message, no nothing. Just a packing slip with a piece of paper with a 0 written over the item I didn't get, but still paid. IS there literally anything I can do or just take the $15 hit from this lame **bleep** seller. It won't let me open a dispute, again so I am figuring she will get away with it.
