Hello @kernowlass , unfortunately not with the new eBay payment system, the seller has not received the money in his paypal account, nor in his bank account. I contacted eBay several times, but each time they either send me back to paypal asking me to contact paypal, or telling me they can't cancel the order because there is a paypal dispute. it is really disaster with new ebay payment, the money is sent to ebay but they tell me they can't cancel the order because of paypal ...
