Hi, I spoke with PayPay and they sent me a link to file a claim. However, I don't have the transactions in my summary because I was not logged into PayPay when I bought these items. I don't know how to start the claim otherwise. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have the transaction numbers on the email though. Thank you in advance.
