When I spoke with PayPal, they said they denied my claim as no one had tried to access my PayPal account (hence no unauthorised transaction). PayPal then reopened it and called it “product not received” even though I don’t know who this company is and have never been on their website, or downloaded their app etc. I suggest you contact your bank, my bank were more helpful than PayPal have been. ... Contact your bank. My bank were very good in helping me. Remove all payment methods from your PayPal account. ... View more

Call PayPal and speak with them. They reopened my claim and changed it to product not delivered. The seller has 10 days to respond. If they don’t respond PayPal will find in my favour and refund my money. ... View more

This fraudulent purchase appeared on my PayPal account last night (3 may 2021). I lodged a dispute (unauthorised transaction) and it was declined. The reason it was declined was because PayPal could not see any unauthorised access (logins) on my account. I then called PayPal and they have re-opened the case as “Item not received”. Kilo grupe have 10 days to respond. I have also lodged a dispute with my bank. PayPal recommended having two step authentication (which I have implemented).
