Hello, I bought a Star Wars ship figure (Razor Crest of the Mandalorian) on Aliexpress but they sent me the wrong miniature reference (AT-M6 of the last Jedi). I would like to get my money back but to do so I have to pay to send the wrong model back. The problem is that the shipping to China (13,77€ with Fedex) is more expensive than the miniature(12,40€). Paypal seems to find the situation normal? There is no way to explain the situation to Paypal via the interface that allows me to manage the problem. I am only allowed to do one thing with the Paypal interface, that is to accept the unfair proposal of Aliexpress and to scan the proof of return to Aliexpress of the wrong miniature reference they sent me... I find it unfair to be forced to pay for a mistake I did not make! Also, because of the amount of shipping cost that would have to be paid, I will never send the wrong model to Aliexpress if I have to pay the shippement I would have liked to solve the problem directly with Aliexpress but when I bought the miniature, I used a quick way to buy on the Aliexpress website without creating an account (Big Mistake !!!!). In conclusion, I am not allowed to talk about my problem in the account I created after receiving the wrong reference. That's why I used Paypal to get my money back...But it doesn't work! My mistakes at this stage were to buy something from Aliexpress and to think that Paypal would defend my rights as a buyer... What can I do? Thank you for your help, Sincerely,
