hello , I am from Algeria and I have a problem linking the debut card with my Paypal account. The problem appeared when I made a mistake in entering the card information during the linking, and a problem appeared to me that my card rejected and this the error "your card has been declined. please try a different payment method" . Knowing that the card is valid, active, and contains a balance to link with Paypal and it is clear that paypal rejected my debut card because of an error in the Enter the card information. I need help to solve this problem and I'm waiting for your reply thank you .
