Hi Pay Pal Fam, New here and was hoping someone might have insight into this. I am a seller. I have a case opened by a buyer and when I view the case in the resolution center, the only option I have when I hit "respond" is to offer buyer a refund, which I don't want to do. Everywhere I look in the FAQ/Help section says there should be a way to upload my info in response but there isn't on the respond screen. I've spoken with a PP rep 3x, emailed the info 3x and they said 3x that the info was uploaded but I can't see it. Anyone having a similar issue? If yes, how did you resolve it? I'm also using the messaging platform and submitting my info that way as well. Concerned case will be evaluated w/out my input. Thanks in advance.
