@PayPal_Olivia, Thank you for the information. Like others on here, I recently received one of these letters from Jefferson Capital about a balance that is non-existent in my Paypal account. When I called Jefferson Capital they gave me the email that is associated with the debt and it is not mine. I have tried to contact Paypal directly to dispute this, but have been unsuccessful in doing so. Is there any advice or direction you can give to help with this? Thank you in advance!
