I provided a photo of their ad showing item is not the same. Also a photo of their ad showing 100% money back refund for any reason. I filed a dispute then PayPal stated that there would be only communication with seller through the dispute section. NO these people are continuing to privately email me and insisting I only take $16 for what I paid $40. I do not know how this will end up but if PayPal does not get me my refund I will close my account and not use it again. if they can not back their customers then why use them?
