Hi All, it seems that PayPal has fixed the issue. I've just created an invoice and was able to set a date other than the default date. The invoice was saved successfully without any error message.

I had this problem literally just a few minutes ago, I converted 130.78 USD to PHP and then got the error. I panicked because the error happened but the money got deducted from my account, I tried to convert one more dollar and everything seemed to work just fine. I hope someone helps me with this.

I have a similar problem, I converted 71$ to euros but never received the money, it says that the transaction was successfully completed even tho I didn't get my money. And now if I try to convert again I get an error.
