I sold a product on 06/02, there was a 2-3 week long holiday and after that there was a little delay because of some government policy(my products are all hand made to order and it takes about 3 weeks to make one,everything is written clearly on the website). I have explained to the buyer but he still choose to open a case and asked for refund(about 6 days after the product has been shipped). Case was opened 10/04 and I responded the same day and gave them the right tracking number, but paypal said that the tracking number I provided was invalid and refunded the money right away? First, I have shipped the product days before, secondly the tracking has no problem and I can check the tracking information with it on the official websit. I don't think they even read the information I provided, The next day I talked with a customer service lady and she said she can not use the tracking number on the website, but the funny thing is I was looking at the detailed tracking information on the official website when she said that. At that time the package has already arrived new york so she said I can start an appeal after the buyer received the package. About two days later the package was delivered and I start an appeal but it was rejected, the reason was that I can not prove the package was deliovered? WTF do you want from me, I have provided you all the information I have! later I talked to a guy and he said that paypal can not do anything on this case, then why tf would you tell me to start an appeal? And the guy also told me to respond immediately after a case is opened, why won't paypal just hire me so I can respond immediately 24h a day 7 days a week even when I'm sleeping? I mean WTF was that? That was a total fraud and they just don't care about anything, don't trust people that has been working with them for years, but choose to believe a <removed> fraud?
