I have reported two separate fraud cases to PayPal that have cost me in excess of 3400 dollars over the last year. PayPal refuses to take action or hold the guilty party accountable. I have transcripts ready and evidence yet PayPal refuses to take those into consideration and has continued to take advantage of someone on disability. Stop defending thieves and give me the money back! All you're doing is **bleep**ing hurting people who have the least to **bleep**ing lose!
