This decision was made because we received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered.. what can I do I never received my package and the tracking number is fraudulent my post offes confirmed it was a scam , but PayPal will not listen . what good is using PayPal if all they have to do is use a tracking number that's for someone ells in your area so it look like it was delivered to you
