It is absolutely outrageous that PayPal allows this "company" to continue to operate on its platform and openly steal from its users. I was stupid enough to buy an item from a targeted ad on Facebook. Like many here, I then had to open litigation for items not received. Each time they send a fake tracking number or proof of delivery, then case is closed. Clearly, Paypal doesn't give a **bleep**. This situation makes me very angry, and I don't know what else I can do.
