Dear Sharpiemarker, Yes I live in US. There are couple of topic about sharing 4 number of SSN on Paypal isnt safe. I'm confused. So without verification, the Paypal balance is just there, I couldnt do anything to it. In my case, can I open Paypal debit card and then get cash then? Thank you a lot.
