I had the same problem here is my solution; 1. Login to your linked bank account and block all future transactions (incasso in Dutch idk the english) from paypal. This way any automatic transaction will be intercepted and refunded by your bank. Contact them if you don't know how to do this. 2. Search for paypal on your bank and refund all automated transactions. I had 60 days to do so and did it on next day. The refunds took a day for me. 3. Change your password and give a wrong 6 digit code to the "verification app" menu until it blocks your account. You're welcome
