A buyer paid me for a software freelancing service.
I gave the code to him and he paid me , but now after 2-3 days , he suddenly raised a dispute that item is not delivered so he wants a refund.
I dont know what to do now. Please help me.
There is not any physical item involved , how can he raise a dispute like this. Now what shoud I do in this case.
Is software services included in the buyer protection ?
and how will i prove to paypal that i did his work and deliver him the software.
