I was told by PayPal staff that I would get a refund by the 19th of March but because I missed a message from them I was told that the refund was returned to the supplier. I made it very clear to your staff that I haven't received the item and after sending several emails to the supplier I got nowhere. I don't understand why can't I get a refund.
