My USAA Bank allows 3rd party account information to be displayed so you can see all your account at all institutions in one website. USAA was able to connect my PayPal Busines Account to my USAA account listing page with a simple text message code verification. However I am unable to connect to this personal PayPal account <removed> On the USAA site, when it connects to PayPal and passes my login credentials, they are accepted, but it responds with a photo Captcha verification challenge. No matter how correctly I enter the image numbers separated by commas, the Captcha ALWAYS fails, even when it's a simple one like identify the bicycles and there is only one photo with a bicycle in it and I'm 110% sure I got it right. So this photo captcha for allowing 3rd party institutions to access PayPal Personal accounts is currently BROKEN for some reason. Please fix it PayPal! I doubt there are going to be many user responses because even for those that can even understand specifically what I'm talking about here and not confuse it with some other feature, probably only a portion of PayPal users here are going to have accounts at financial institutions allow you to monitor balances/transactions of multiple external accounts like USAA (Chase doesn't have it, BofA doesn't have it, as far as I know.) So there's not going to be many people even in a position to test this out. And YES, I've sent the same message to USAA.
